Jan, you were such an amazing lady. I'll never forget the day I met you. I was in so much pain, I'd lost so much. You saw that and showed me kindness. You were always there for all of us, whatever we were going through. Sometimes it was holding the babies and sometimes it was taking the time to listen whilst we cried. It wasn't a job for you, it was a calling. You made a difference. I hope you know that. My thoughts are with all of Jan's family at this difficult time. I'm so sorry for your loss.
